A Brief Statement of Philosophy as a School Principal

A principal must facilitate an education that guides all students to become effective citizens, who actively participate in their local and global communities.  Public education should also be a venue for students to discover and demonstrate the optimal potential embedded within themselves, without regard to cultural, physical, emotional, ethnic, or economic differences.  A community achieves these goals when all constituents are collaboratively engaged to support the success of each student by creating a school culture of respect, empathy, scholarship, reflection, and fulfillment.
