K-12 Collaboration

A district must provide a viable strategic plan, which charts an extensive, cohesive K-12 education, built on the mastery of essential skills. An effective plan guides schools through the development and implementation of their action plans. At every level, administrators must maintain a continuous dialogue and defined responsibilities, making systemic changes in collaboration for optimal success. Instructional and curricular modifications must be supported by performance-based and standardized assessments. Thus, a dynamic education evolves to meet the needs of today’s 21st century learner.
